1. Eligibility. These resources are provided for approved advisors currently working with Ron Eastman and his team. You agree to enter an email address assigned to you or your firm and not to use another advisor's access.

2. Permitted use. Resources may be used for your internal business planning and client-support work. You may not share access, reproduce the tools for distribution, sell them, or provide them to an unauthorized third party.

3. Professional responsibility. These resources support professional judgment but do not replace current carrier materials, product requirements, suitability obligations, or advice from legal, tax, accounting, or compliance professionals.

4. Information and availability. Information may change, and access may be updated, suspended, or revoked at any time. Confirm current rates, requirements, and product details before relying on them in a client recommendation.

5. Access period. After acceptance, this browser may remain authorized for up to 90 days. A different device, browser, private session, cleared browser data, or expired authorization may require acceptance again.

6. Activity records. For security, service improvement, and advisor support, the site records the approved email, terms version, acceptance time, protected resources accessed, downloads, session activity, and a privacy-conscious browser or network identifier. Raw uploaded workbook contents are not included in access-activity reporting.

7. Confidentiality. You are responsible for protecting access on your device and notifying Ron or his team if you believe access has been used improperly.

8. Agreement. By selecting the acceptance box and continuing, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
